PET RULES AND REGULATIONS

Effective November 1, 2010

• Pets must be leashed or carried and leashed when taken outdoors for periods of exercise or relief, and accompanied by responsible individual who will control and is capable of controlling them.
• Owners are responsible for the prompt removal and disposal of pet waste from all common areas (lawns, sidewalks, driveways, roads, etc.)
• A pet shall never be allowed to roam freely on premises outside the residents’ home. A pet shall not be left on a patio or porch or left outdoors in the yard unattended when a Homeowner is not home. No pet shall be tethered in the common areas.
• No pet shall be permitted to engage in frequent barking, howling, whining, or any continuous noise which disturbs another resident’s peaceful enjoyment of his or her home or the common area.
• Pets are not permitted in the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool and/or Pool area.
• No animals or birds of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept for commercial purposes in any home or in the common areas.
• Each dog and cat is required to wear a county registration tag as well as a current tag evidencing inoculation against rabies.
• The residents are responsible for making guests with pets aware of the rules and must see to it that the rules are observed.

•   Residents who violate the above pet rules and regulations shall receive a letter of warning.
